Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering with us! We are excited to get our items in your hands as quickly and efficiently as we can. 

Order Processing Times

Any orders generated after 5pm CST will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Fulfillment time ranges from 7 - 10 days, as your order isn’t created until payment is received. Once your item is created for you, it sent to preparation to ship. 

Shipping Costs

Our products are manufactured in the U.S. to help cut costs of shipping. We work meticulously to make sure we offer the lowest rates possible. 

Orders Cancellations, Returns, and Changes

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. We send your order to printing once we receive it. 

Returns for damaged items can be made up to 30 days from delivery date. A picture must be submitted to us. You can submit your return requests to SanctumDeoReturns@gmail.com. Otherwise all sales are final. If you order a size large, and you find you should have ordered an X-large, this does not qualify for a return. There must be an abnormality or damage to the item. 

Shipment Confirmation

Depending on whether you requested text or email, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order is shipped.
